Lake Linden Wild Goose Chase
The Annual Lake Linden 5k/10k Run/Walk, has been so successful for 3 straight years that is now has a name... the Lake Linden Wild Goose Chase. The race will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2011 at the Lake Linden Beach and Campgrounds and includes a kids race and some new events. Check out the race website for more information, or to register online.

July 4th Celebration
A complete schedule is available.
Each and every July, residents, family, alumni, friends and tourists gather in Lake Linden to celebrate America's Independence. Join us for fireworks, food, music, kids' games, parades and fun.

Fishing Derby
Knights of Columbus/Old Milwaukee Walleye/Pike Fishing Derby on Torch Lake, Portage Lake and Lac La Belle, was a great success.
Check back in the Spring for information about the 2012 Derby.

Find It Here! Community Rummage Sale
The Find It Here! community rummage sale held in May of 2008 was so popular it became the 1st Annual Find It Here! Community Rummage Sale. The 4th Annual Find It Here! was grand.
If you are interested in a similar sale held in the Fall, please email the Village Clerk's Office.
Look for more information in early Spring for The 5th Annual Find It Here! to be held in May, 2012, the map will be available here or pick one up at the Village Hall week of the sale or at DeMars, Quality Hardware, or Morty's Gas Station the week & day of the sale. More information will be available here and in your Village Voice newsletter in April of 2011.

MTU Winter Mini Baja
The 2011 Winter Baja was held on February 19, 2011.
The Winter Baja has been run in Lake Linden since 2004 and has grown into one of the largest mini baja events in the nation. Teams from Universities throughout the United States and Canada converge on the Lake Linden Park to test their off-road vehicles against our tough UP weather conditions.
