The beach near the campground is available to the public and is not exclusive to campers. Please be advised, there is no lifeguard so swimming is at your own risk. Use of the pavilion is only restricted when privately reserved and will be posted during those times. Otherwise feel free to use it as you like.
The campground rest rooms are for campers use only, but there are public rest rooms in the Upper Park Pavilion (just a short walk across the foot bridge.) A lot near the beach provides plenty of parking space.
Please, no dogs on the beach! Dogs are permitted access to the water along the nature trail.
