The village park proper contains a wide array of facilities, picnic areas and
playground equipment available to all. the sports enthusiast can enjoy, the
baseball field, basketball and tennis courts and horseshoe pits while the
youngsters have hours of fun on the swings, merry-go-round, slides, climbing
wall and huge tot-lot play area. Covered picnic tables allow for shaded areas
during hot summer days. The pavilion can also be used for larger gathering,
as well. It is also just a short walk to the beach for a refreshing swim.
