ORDINANCE SERIES 4000 - CHAPTER 4020B

        

 AN ORDINANCE FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE HEALTH, SAFETY AND WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE  LINDEN BY THE REGULATION OF THE USE OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS,  PLACES, SIDEWALKS, STREETS, OR WAYS OF INGRESS AND EGRESS THERETO, AND TO PROVIDE A PENALTY FOR THE

 VIOLATION THEREOF.

        

THE VILLAGE OF LAKE LINDEN ORDAINS:

        

Section  I

          It shall be unlawful for any person[s] to block or obstruct any street, sidewalk, or way of  entrance or exit to any public building or public place in the Village, so as to impede the free and uninterrupted passage or flow of the public or vehicular traffic.

        

Section II

         Any person violating any provision of this Chapter shall, upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction, be fined not less than Ten Dollars [$10.00] or more than Fifty Dollars [$50 00] together with the costs of prosecution.

        

        

This Ordinance shall take effect twenty [20] days after its passage.
