SCORING:    TEAM WEIGHT is defined as the total weight of the team. Current DNR rules and regulations apply. Since this tournament promotes live release, any fish that is brought in dead will be penalized by half the weight of that fish. Live release penalties will be enforced at weigh-in only.

·        A LARGEST FISH entry must be identified as they are being weighed in, and must be credited to an individual, not a team. Any fish that is brought in dead will be penalized. Live release penalties will be enforced at weigh-in only.

·        Questions regarding scoring or rules will be directed to the Tournament Rules Committee, who assisted by the necessary DNR, will make all decisions. Decisions made by the committee are final.

CHECK-IN:   Check-in and weighing of fish shall be done at the tournament site on Saturday. In order to be checked in by the time allowed, the boats must be around the perimeter of the weigh-in site by 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. If the boat is not within sight of the tournament officials, the team will not be allowed to weigh in anymore fish.

Live wells must be checked by a tournament official before entering or exiting the lake. Docking your team’s boat anywhere during the tournament except at a designated weigh-in station will result in immediate disqualification. There will be no docking on camp or residential docks during the tournament. If this occurs, the team will be immediately disqualified.

Prior to fishing, the tournament official must receive a properly completed and signed official application form and registration fee. The tournament committee reserves the right to discontinue acceptance of applications prior to the deadline, the right to deny an individual’s entry in to the tournament and also the right to extend the deadline. A sponsor may pay entry fees if applicable.

Team members must fish together from one (1) Boat. A team member that separates from their designated team to fish in another boat or in a different location as an individual will automatically disqualify the entire team from the tournament.

Each boat must contain only registered team members. Any contact with non-registered individuals on shore may result in disqualification from the tournament. All tournament boats may be subject to boarding and creel check by a tournament official at any time during the tournament.

Unsportsmenship-like conduct, i.e. threats, swearing, inappropriate gestures, rudeness, etc., by any team members to other team members or tournament officials will result in immediate disqualification!
